John was sorry he knocked on the door that morning. We all were miserable and tired and cranky. Omg. LOL. But we got our bags and went downstairs. We loaded up the bus and had a bagged breakfast which had a hard boiled egg in it….. just no. When we got to the airport we went through security and such and had McDonalds breakfast lol. I had a muffin and a croissant and it was pretty good. I sat next to John and Kelli on the plane to Rome and we actually had a lot of fun heeheh. It was an entertaining plane ride and it was only about two hours which was nice. And also in Greece, we got on the plane from the outside!!!! There was no ramp to get you from the terminal to the plane we had to walk outside and get on the plane it was really so cool@!!!! But when we got to Rome we got our bags and stuff and got on a new bus with a new bus driver and drove to the hotel to drop off our bags. So we literally checked in, dropped our bags and ran. We went to the Colosseum which was AMAZING. It was so pretty and I loved it. From there, we went to G. Fassi, a famous gelateria in Rome and they taught us how to make gelato. Then we had free samples to try all different flavors. I had chocolate, mint, rice and stracciatella. The rice was my favorite, it was so good omg, it tasted just like rice pudding. MMM. After that we had free time in this train station/mall thing. It was all stores and shopping and stuff and it was fun! We had a small episode where we couldnt order pizza for lunch and everyone freaked out, but after that we were good. Then we went to this mosaic workshop where this boring guy gave us a boring tour of a boring museum. We made our own mosaics which was kinda stupid and really hard. We went back to the hotel and changed for dinner and walked to this really adorable Italian restaurant and we had homemade spaghetti and it was so good omg. We also had some weird eggplant thing and a cake/pie thing that was really pretty good! They sang live italian music and it was really cute. Michel took really ugly pictures of me all night. Then we stopped at a supermarket so we could get food for the room. We bought nutella and pretzles and stuff and we had to PAY for a plastic grocery bag….. .15 euro….. what… Whatever. We went back to the room and hung out with the boys and played Uno again.
